PHYSICS

 Definition of Magnitude
Magnitude is anything that can be measured or calculated, expressed with numbers and have a unit.
From this sense means that something can be said to be the amount that should have 3 terms
1. can be measured or calculated
2. can be expressed by numbers or has a value
3. has units
If even one of the above conditions are not met then that something can not be said to be massive.
The amount by way of acquiring can be grouped into two kinds:
1. Physics Magnitude is the amount obtained from the measurements. Because the measurements obtained from the measuring instrument should be. An example is the mass. The mass is due to physical quantities can be measured using a mass balance.
2. Magnitude scale non Physics is derived from the calculation. In this case the measure is not necessary but will be counted as such calculator tool. Sample size is the number of non-physical.
Magnitude Physics was divided into 2

1. Principal Amount is the amount determined by agreements of the first physicists. The most common basic scale there are 7 kinds of length (m), mass (kg), time (s), temperature (K), Strong Electric Current (A), Light Intensity (cd), and the number of substance (mol). The amount of principal has a special characteristic such as obtained from direct measurement, has one unit (no double unit), and is set in advance.
2. Magnitude scale derivative is derived from the principal amount. This magnitude there are many kinds, for example force (N) derived from the principal amount of mass, length and time. Volume (cubic meters) derived from the amount of the principal term, and others. Magnitude of the derivative has a special characteristic such as: obtained from direct measurements and indirect, have more than one unit and is derived from the principal amount.
When the magnitude of the chapter discusses Unit and we will not be separated from the activities of the measurements. The measurement is to compare the activities of a similar magnitude to the amount specified as a unit.
Unit Definition
Unit is defined as a comparison in a measurement scale. Each scale has units respectively, is not possible in 2 different magnitudes have the same unit. What if there were two different size then have the same unit of the scale it is essentially the same. For example Style (F) has units of Newton and weight (w) has units of Newton. This scale looks different but actually is the same amount that is the amount of a derivative style.
Magnitude based directions can be distinguished into 2 types
1. Is a vector quantity that has magnitude and direction as an example of the value scale speed, acceleration and others.
2. Magnitude sekalar is besaranyang have value only as an example of pace, acceleration, and others.
